Very rare heritage Oca Tubers

(Oxalis Tuberose)

One of the 'Lost Crops' of the Incas, it is still very popular in South America. Very easy to grow. Use as new potatoes. Oca can be boiled, roasted, mashed, fried ect. It has excellent taste with hint of lemon. No need to peel.

Absolutely disease free. Oca is not related to potatoes hence no blight or other potato’s problems.

Oca grows from small tubers, each can produce between 10-15 tubers or more.

Tubers are vary in sizes.
